Inventory Coordinator

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (include But Are Not Limited To)

• Manage warehouse material receipt, storage and material kitting according to the best pharmaceutical standards.
• Prepare material requests for manufacturing, QC, analytical development, process development teams.
• Receipt fresh leukapheresis in a timely manner.
• Coordinate all movement of samples and starting material shipments.
• Prepare, review and revise SOPs and Policies related to material management.
• Order generic materials to ensure operation activities.
• Coordinate all material, starting material destruction.
• Conduct stock inventory.
• Participate to customer, local agency audits.
• Establish a strong relationship with our suppliers.
• Define backup supplier for generic materials.
• Give input to accounting and finance when requested.
• Responsible for cryopreserved materials inventory and packing before shipment.

Technical skills:

• Knowledge in material management within the pharmaceutical industry is required.
• Knowledge in writing and maintaining documentation. Page 2 of 2
• Knowledge in liquid nitrogen materials storage is an asset.
• Knowledge in biological material shipment is an asset.
• Ability to analyze data/information and to assess and resolve complex issues, as required.
• Strong knowledge in ERP system and be able to act as a key user for ERP implementation.

Qualifications And Education Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Logistics Management or related field
• Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of experience in cGMP-regulated warehouse environment required
• Forklift license is a plus
