PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (include But Are Not Limited To)
Technical skills:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (include But Are Not Limited To)
- Manage warehouse material receipt, storage and material kitting according to the best pharmaceutical standards.
- Prepare material requests for manufacturing, QC, analytical development, process development teams.
- Receipt fresh leukapheresis in a timely manner.
- Coordinate all movement of samples and starting material shipments.
- Prepare, review and revise SOPs and Policies related to material management.
- Order generic materials to ensure operation activities.
- Coordinate all material, starting material destruction.
- Conduct stock inventory.
- Participate to customer, local agency audits.
- Establish a strong relationship with our suppliers.
- Define backup supplier for generic materials.
- Give input to accounting and finance when requested.
- Responsible for cryopreserved materials inventory and packing before shipment.
Technical skills:
- Knowledge in material management within the pharmaceutical industry is required.
- Knowledge in writing and maintaining documentation. Page 2 of 2
- Knowledge in liquid nitrogen materials storage is an asset.
- Knowledge in biological material shipment is an asset.
- Ability to analyze data/information and to assess and resolve complex issues, as required.
- Strong knowledge in ERP system and be able to act as a key user for ERP implementation.
- Professional English skills
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong sense of priorities
- Flexible and comfortable in a fast-changing environment
- Good problem solving and time management skills.
- Self-started while being able to act autonomously.

- Bachelor degree in Logistics Management or related field
- Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of experience in cGMP-regulated warehouse environment required
- Forklift license is a plus
