Role Description

Helona Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Full-time Bookkeeper to join our team in Winnipeg, MB. The Bookkeeper will manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and prepare financial statements. This is an on-site role located in Winnipeg, MB.

Job Responsibilities:

• Entry of customer invoices into Quickbooks Online and delivery to customers.
• Maintain accurate accounting records of accounts payable and receivable.
• Monthly financial reporting, general ledger entries, record payments and adjustments, and handle account collections.
• Work alongside the admin team to ensure all accounts are paid on time.
• Provide accurate account reports to the team members to ensure customer payments are received.
• Follow up with our sales team and their customers if payments are due, handling collections.
• Monthly reconciling of the books and reporting to management.
• Handling the tracking of sales team incentives

Qualifications:

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Prior bookkeeping experience (1 year minimum)
• Prior experience using Quickbooks Online (required)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (required)
• Capable of multi-tasking with minimal supervision.
• Time management skills
• Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow directions and work independently or with minimal supervision
• Salary is negotiable based on experience.
