Our team and your role
We're seeking an experienced and innovative employer branding and recruitment marketing specialist to lead our employee advocacy program and support the delivery of our global EB content strategy and other projects. You’ll collaborate across our EB teams and with corporate communications, social and digital teams, contributing to the development and delivery of Sanofi's global EB strategy. This role reports into the Global Head of Employer Brand and is part of the Talent Acquisition team - responsible for all external and internal hiring (:21K Hires in FY23) into Sanofi.
It is highly preferred that this position be based in the following locations and relocation support may be provided for the selected candidate.
External: UK, Reading, or Barcelona, Spain.
Internal: Paris, France

Our team and your role

Key responsibilities
Employee Advocacy program
You will own and manage our global employee advocacy program. This includes:
- End-to-end management: recruitment of advocates, onboarding, training and engagement – driving continuous improvement and advocacy
- Technology: Ownership and management of all tech platforms related to influencer program including from implementation, internal training, and ongoing development, e.g. The Martec, Sprinklr, dedicated teams groups and LinkedIn Advocacy
- Point of contact: Lead contact for above platforms to drive usage and optimization from influencers and wider EB Leaders supporting the program
- Vendor management: Management of partner agencies and key stakeholders
- Upload influencer content (as per EB and Corporate content plan) to be shared on relevant platforms ensuring ongoing engagement
- Take direction from and collaborate closely with the EB Lead, Content and Early Talent to engage specific groups of influencers for global campaigns
- Ownership of data (engagement rates, key influencers etc) and KPIs – regular reports to show progress and identify opportunities to increase engagement
- Owner and creator of all communications to influencers and key stakeholders
- Partner EB Lead, Content and Early Talent on delivery and project management of selected global content campaigns, managing stakeholders, agencies and inhouse creative team as requested and providing reports on key metrics/success of campaigns
- Partner EB Lead, Content and Early Talent on activation of campaigns across owned/paid channels and platforms, including our careers site (liaising with EB Lead, Digital Channels & Data)
- Support EB Lead, GBUs & Functions on selected projects, including our Employer brand development program – project management support on creating toolkit assets/templates etc as directed, and delivering training where required
- Act as expert for global EB team and regions on talent insights and audiences – working with stakeholders (regional EB leads/recruiters etc) to advise on recruitment marketing strategies and providing support/training where required
- Partner EB Lead, Content and Early Talent on activating recruitment marketing strategy across multiple channels
- Work with brand advertising/media/PR agencies on delivery, activation and measurement of campaigns/assets where applicable
- Ownership of ‘in-house’ media channels such as Glassdoor and LinkedIn talent media – devising, creating, activating, measuring, optimizing and reporting to raise awareness in collaboration with EB Lead, Content and Early Talent
- Support the Global Head of Employer Brand on organizing weekly team meetings, global EB meetings and others where applicable
- Support the Global Head of Employer Brand on preparing presentations and other communications
- Support the wider Global EB team on presentations and communications as required
- You’re an experienced global employer branding and recruitment marketing specialist, with a proven track record delivering employer branding or relevant talent acquisition initiatives across diverse markets
- You have partnered with senior level stakeholders, are a strong influencer, and have a collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across functions, business units, and regions
- You have experience of working in a large global matrix structured organization
- You have the ability to analyse recruitment and brand data to drive informed decisions and continuously improve the employer brand experience
- You have strong execution excellence, structured project management skills, and the ability to execute global initiatives
- You’re flexible, willing to travel, and can adapt to a constantly changing business environment
- You have strong analytical skills with the ability to produce, interpret and report talent attraction data. Able to quickly translate intent into on-the-ground action in a paced and coordinated manner
- Self-organised and able to work independently, proactive, forward thinking
- Relevant degree in marketing or advertising
- 4+ years of recruitment marketing/employer brand experience, preferably in a global role at a complex matrix-structured company; and agency experience is a plus
- Proven experience in global employer branding, particularly within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Expertise in evaluating, understanding and defining relevant target audiences and running campaigns on LinkedIn (via campaign manager) and other channels
- Strong writing, proofing, and critiquing skills - ability to write communications as required, proof and critique partner agency work, including creative concepts, video work/scripts, copy
- Experience working with global agency partners and managing external vendor relationships
- Experience with Social Media management and Advocacy tools would be valued
