Our global pharmaceutical manufacturing client is searching for Head of Supply Chain for their Japan operations. They provide high-quality, affordable medicines in over 100 countries.


This position reports to the local General Manager and will directly manage a team of managers covering end-to-end supply chain, including:


  • Distribution and logistics
  • Manufacturing
  • Warehouse control
  • Demand planning and forecasting
  • Regulatory compliance and quality control
  • Supplier relationship management


Requirements:

  • 10+ years in a manager-level role covering SCM in a global pharmaceutical company
  • Fluency in both Japanese and English
  • Strengths in people management and business partnering
