Dengue Antibody Pairs

The non-structural protein 1 (NS1) of Dengue is detectable early during the acute phase (Day 0 to 6 PSO) of both primary and secondary DENV infections. An NS1 antigen-based assay used in conjunction with a serological diagnostic marker can enhance the sensitivity and specificity of dengue diagnosis through all stages of the disease. Creative Diagnostics has a broad range of antibodies against DENV NS1 for diagnostic assay development. The antibodies have been tested in pairs in ELISA and lateral flow applications to support research into Dengue biology and infection.
