Glycosylation Status Detection

This is the statistical evaluation of protein specific glycosylation. Glycosylation is a very significant post-translational modification of proteins that binds glycans onto the protein to modulate the structure, function and interface with other systems. This can be anything from N- to O-linked glycosylation, and may have implications for protein stability, activity and cell signaling. Tracking glycosylation can tell scientists what protein is and how it is used for health and illness.
