- Lead the planning ａｎｄ implementation of partner projects; set ａｎｄ manage customer expectations ａｎｄ day-to-day interaction
- Facilitate the definition of the project scope of work, goals ａｎｄ deliverables through implementation of change controls ａｎｄ tech transfer plans
- Work with operations, quality assurance ａｎｄ quality control to manage project budget ａｎｄ resource allocation
- Communicate relevant project information to sponsors
- Deliver engaging, informative, well-organized presentations
- Identify opportunities for improvement ａｎｄ make constructive suggestions for project(s)
- Communicate effectively with customers to identify needs ａｎｄ evaluate alternative business solutions
- When appropriate, apply project management responsibilities to internal projects to ensure proper facilitation ｂｅｔｗｅｅｎ departments ａｎｄ timely completion of project scope
- Bachelor's degree ｉｎ Chemistry, Chemical Egineering, Biochemistry, ｏｒ other Life Sciences ｏｒ related field, ａｎｄ a minimum of 3 years related work experience ｉｎ the pharmaceutical ｏｒ biologics manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of project management techniques ａｎｄ tools; Training ｏｒ education ｉｎ project management ｏｒ equivalent knowledge ａｎｄ experience
- Direct work experience ｉｎ project management capacity. Demonstrated leadership managing people ａｎｄ facilitating teams
- Strategic, operational, ａｎｄ technical marketing ａｎｄ management skills
- Proficient ｉｎ project management software (MS Project, SharePoint)
- Experience with GMPs for biologics ａｎｄ small molecule ｏｒ peptide API ｏｒ drug product manufacturing
