职位来源于智联招聘。
岗位职责：
1、负责所属区域内的市场开发，达成市场开发目标以提高市场覆盖率；
2、负责所属区域内代理商的招募、筛选、支持、服务与管理等工作，建立、发展代理商销售队伍；
3、制定本区域年度销售方案，对各项指标进行分解和实施，确保公司销售目标的达成；
4、协助市场部进行产品营销策略的分析，市场信息的收集；
5、协助进行招投标及政府事务的协调和办理；
6、监督市场秩序，及时检查所辖区货物流向，防止不合理现象的发生。
任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，医药或营销专业相关专业优先；
2、3年以上医药行业招商或自营销售经验，具有管理团队经验优先；
3、具有良好的市场分析力、以及拟定销售计划、制定决策、解决问题的能力；
4、能够独立开展市场推广活动，并策划组织科会、沙龙等区域学术活动；
5、有中枢神经、神经内科产品操作经验优先。
