We are now recruiting a Digital Campaign & Analytics Specialist
Who are you?
You have University degree in business, computer science or equivalent with experience in project management and analytics, + an extensive experience in Pharma ComOps with a focus on digital channels, multi-channel campaigning and customer service
Minimum 2 years’ experience with a marketing automation tool, especially Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) is an important advantage
You have the ability to work in a complex environment, across many functions and levels, and collaboratively with different types of customers
ü SFMC certification as an email specialist (m/f/d) as well as extensive functional knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Exact Target
ü Good knowledge in all aspects of Email Studio (content creation / segmentation), reporting suite and with Journey Builder
ü Experience on Content Authoring tool
ü Preferably experienced on CMS systems (Wordpress VIP), & on Google Analytics 360,
ü CRM experience (database marketing / loyalty / CRM / acquisition and retention marketing) as well as SQL experience
ü Experience On HTML & JavaScript Is Required,
ü Proactive behavior and passion for CX and UX design knowledge as well as new trends and technologies
ü Ability to clearly communicate processes, strategies and general requirements to both internal and external stakeholders,
ü Collaborative, committed, result-oriented and business minded personality,
ü Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
ü High proficiency in MS Office (i.e. Excel, Word and PowerPoint) programs.
What can we accomplish together?
By integrating AbbVie as a Digital Campaign & Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting all the brand teams on efficient management of digital solutions.
Your main Missions :
  • Campaign studio: Create, monitor, optimize and monitor digital campaigns
  • Content Studio (eWizard /Content Authoring): create content & promote best practices
  • Analytics Studio : monitor & improve journeys performance
  • Support implementation of related systems roadmap (SFMC, Abbvie Pro, Abbvie Care, E-wizzard…)
Within this context, your principal responsibilities will be to:
Campaign studio: Create, monitor, optimize and monitor digital campaigns
  • Support & guide Brand Team in customer journey design
  • Ensure implementation of customer journey in SFMC Journey Builder
  • Ensure maintenance of customer journeys in SFMC Journey Builder
  • Ensure monitoring of customer journeys & improvement
  • Ensure IFT / BT channels orchestrations (SFMC, Abbvie Pro/care, suggestions, webinar…)
  • Manage Abbvie PRO / CARE platform (CMS)
  • Support on event Management (ON24)
  • Plays the role of a consultant to internal stakeholders and works closely with marketing & sales, medical, IT and other functions
  • Continuously assess efficiency and effectiveness of digital solutions
  • Ensure best practices creation & sharing for customer journey
Content Studio (eWizard /Content Authoring): create content & promote best practices
  • Create & deliver content as email and SFMC pages to support journeys
  • Ensure best practices creation & sharing for content creation
  • Manage & promote content authoring tool solutions
Analytics Studio: monitor & improve journeys performance
  • Measure performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Responsible for the concept/design, execution, and the performance tracking & measurement of omnichannel customer campaigns and customer journeys,
  • Perform data segmentation and data analysis tasks
Advocacy
  • Influence and integrate the needs of the affiliate with the Global /Europe roadmap
  • Develop community of practice to share best practices and knowledge beyond the affiliate
  • Monitor & share innovations / new market concepts and best practices (internal and external) in relation to SFMC, Content and Digital
Internal and external ecosystem coordination
  • Ensure collaboration CEX, BTS, and other functions at global & local levels
  • Coordinate multiple teams both directly or/and in a matrix environment.
  • Engage proactively the internal & external partner
Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures, Ethics & Compliance & transparency, regulations, and tools provided by AbbVie.
SFMC roadmap
  • Design and implement SFMC roadmap
  • Influence global SFMC roadmap and local expectation needs
