About the role: This position is responsible for the support and development of existing customers along with the acquisition of new accounts within the dental sector with the aim of achieving the sales targets in the region. The candidate is preferably based in the area of Birmingham, Lincolnshire, Derby, Leicester, Notts, Norfolk, Suffolk. What you’ll be doing:
  • Sell the range of surgical, restorative, regenerative and digital solution products to dental clinicians and lab technicians.
  • Schedule meetings and visit dental clinician practices, hospitals, corporate groups, and dental laboratories to maintain and build customer relationships with the aim to maximize sales, increase the distribution network and achieve company targets.
  • Perform product trainings with dental clinicians, nurses, practice, and dental laboratory staff to increase the ability of our customers to use our product portfolio to the benefit of their patients.
  • Identify future projects and develop business opportunities to increase sales.
  • Attend exhibitions, local customer meetings and company events to represent ZimVie and build relationships.
  • Complete reports (customer visits & expenses, etc.) in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Spend 80-100% of your working time in the field close to customers. What you’ll need:
  • Secondary education diploma as minimum
  • 3+ years of experience in sales positions, ideally in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry, preferably in the Dental area
  • Proven track record of successful sales results, however, we will also consider a highly motivated newcomer who exemplifies the right attitude and enthusiasm to succeed and grow in a fast paced sales environment
  • Positive attitude and healthy self-confidence when interacting with customers
  • Team player, able to work proactively and autonomously
  • Good self-organization and effective time management

TERRITORY SALES REPRESENTATIVE - DENTAL IMPLANTS
£50-80K package - Basic + Commissions + Bonuses (NO commissions cap)
Fully expensed, Company Car or Car Allowance, Laptop + Tablet + Phone, Holidays, Contributory Pension
Requires Hunter attitude & advanced sales skills. 3-5 years plus field sales experience, resilient, driven and competitive
This is an exceptional for a driven, sales oriented and self-motivated individual with a minimum of 3-5 years successful field sales experience who wants to move into the medical sales arena.
The Dental Industry has been experiencing continuous strong growth with the UK growing of 10-12% every year; specifically the Implant Market is booming creating endless opportunities from both a financial and career standpoint.
The role involves consulting and selling the company's advanced solutions to dental practices across your geographical territory. You will do this through research, identification and contacting potential and existing customers. The sales process can be complex and generally involves initial cold call, rapport building, fact finding, consultative approach and deal closure. You will be directly speaking with decision makers making the process as quick as your capacity of influence and technical knowledge will allow to.

TERRITORY SALES REPRESENTATIVE - SUCCESFUL CANDIDATE
You will need to be extremely driven and have the ability to secure sales combined with a strong intellect in order to understand and communicate the technical aspects and related USPs. The sales approach is consultative and you will need the ability to influence people and situations. You are selling the value of the product rather than undercutting competitors’ prices working within the top-end part of the market.
Ideal Characteristics Include

Hunter attitude. Confident and extremely driven to meet objectives.
3 years’ experience, ideally with a minimum of 1 year in the field.
