Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Patent Attorney. The Senior Patent Attorney will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to patent applications, preparation, patent law, patentability, due diligence, and providing expert advice to clients. The position is located in Sydney, NSW and offers flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

• Expertise in patent applications, preparation, and law
• Ability to conduct patentability assessments and due diligence for clients
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Ability to advise clients on intellectual property strategy and commercialization
• 5+ years of relevant experience as a patent attorney
• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field, with a focus on intellectual property
• Registered Patent Attorney in Australia
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment

Experience working with pharmaceutical or biotech clients is highly desirable.
