We are working exclusively with a global speciality chemicals distributor and, due to expansion, looking to recruit DACH Account Manager - Pharma Ingredients.

Location: Remote (Germany)

As a Sales Manager, you will be pivotal in sales, business development, and strategic growth within the pharmaceutical sector, focusing on Germany and Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales and explore new business opportunities.

- Develop and execute strategic account plans for an expanding product portfolio.

- Lead negotiations and contracts with precision.

- Identify account opportunities and trends and set ambitious goals.

- Maximize sales and ensure profitability of assigned accounts.

- Negotiate global contracts, pricing, and agreements.

- Build strong relationships across all levels of customer organizations.

Your Profile:

- Bachelor’s degree, preferably Masters.

- 5+ years of B2B experience in pharma industry sales of Pharma Or Nutracutical Ingredients (Excipients, Solvents or/and APIs or nutraceuticals)

- Proven sales, business development, or key account management track record.

- In-depth market knowledge and a strategic approach to business development.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

- Strong ability to independently develop and execute strategic plans.

- Self-starter comfortable operating autonomously.
