Business Risk team offers enterprise risk management and governance services, strategic risk advisory services, internal control consulting service, contract risk & compliance services, crisis management services, treasury management services for our clients from various industries, mainly focus on energy & resources, manufacturing, real estates, consumer business, pharmaceutical, and TMT industries.
Work you'll do

• Ability to implement targeted and insightful risk management solutions by delivering advanced research-based, analytically-driven methodologies
• Ability to adopt an insight-based approach to assess the clients' governance capabilities, practices and processes, and identify gaps with market leading practices
• Ability to augment the strategic impact of risk management solutions by executing research and identifying key metrics, frameworks and leading practices
• Ability to gather client's and external data for crisis management assessments
• Ability to support the design, development, and deployment of crisis simulations
• Ability to extract actionable insights from client's data using crisis management assessment frameworks and tools
• Ability to increase quality of sustainability engagements by providing data-driven solutions that align with client's strategic objectives
• Ability to employ a data-driven approach when designing sustainability reports and assessing the reporting cycle
• Ability to implement risk management solutions aligned to the client’s vision and strategic priorities
• Ability to strategically drive the development and execution of risk assessments and mitigation plans to enhance the client’s ability to identify, evaluate, prioritize and mitigate risks
• Ability to perform complex business process assessments and design solutions to improve client’s operational efficiency and compliance
• Ability to develop impactful reports and presentations that support the achievement of engagement goals and objectives
• Ability to deliver key messages with clarity, confidence, and poise to instill confidence in clients
• Identify and embrace our purpose and values and puts these into practice in their professional life
• Develop self by actively seeking opportunities for growth, share knowledge and experiences with others, and act as a strong brand ambassador

We are looking for someone with

• Bachelor or above degree holder in Computer Science, Information Management, Risk Management, Finance or other related disciplines
• Preferably at least one certification of CICPA, CIA, CISA, CISSP, CISM
• Three to five years of related experience; preferably worked as consultant role in famous consulting firm
• Experience in risk control and business process re-engineering
• In-depth understanding of different services/products offered by the industry, including any value added Service
• Advances the ability to apply domain knowledge into building business solutions and collaborate with team towards implementation of solutions
• Ability to build and apply a strong knowledge of methodologies, frameworks, processes, assets, and tools to develop and implement effective data driven solutions
• Excellent consultation and communication skills, self-initiation, good team player and willingness to work under pressure
• Mature, proactive and committed
• Excellent project management and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, including both technical and business writing, good documentation and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel
