SUMMARY OF POSITION

Arphio is expanding its Commercial Organization in the APAC region and is looking for the Head of Alliance Management and Commercial Excellence.

This key role will lead the collaboration with our alliance partners but also will be responsible for the commercial organization, including marketing and Market Access activities

ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE

The Head of Alliance Management and Commercial Excellence will report to the CEO and is located in China.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary responsibilities of this role include the following:

• Be the point of contact for Alliance partners by coordinating interactions with the partners as well as supporting internal functions to drive seamless execution and adding value to partner`s products.
• Builds strategic and tactical commercial plans in alignment with internal and external stakeholders and guarantees excellence and timely implementation of commercial activities
• Drive external Brand Planning with partner`s asset leads and partners with internal functions like Medical, Regulatory
• Access to set-up a XF approved plan per asset/product.
• Oversees brand plan execution and reviews impact and effectiveness
• Creation of supporting brand/marketing materials
• Initiates Market Access strategies in alignment with partner and internal XF team
• Establishes and maintains relationship with external stakeholders and local vendors
• Oversees market intelligence and elaborates competitive actions plans
• Searches new growth opportunities and creates corresponding business plans

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or Marketing
• 5+ years experience in Alliance Management, Commercial Operations or Marketing in the Pharma sector
• Worked with orphan drugs products or innovative therapies
• Executed product launches and commercial planning with XF coordination
• Knowledge of Market Access strategies and regulatory requirements – NPP experience
• Strong leadership, technical, influencing and negotiation skills
• High competency in relationship building with external and internal partners, including track record of successfully working with a variety of stakeholders to resolve complex approaches and resolve unique solutions
• Excellent communication skills plus ability to deliver comprehensive presentations
• Highly cooperative with team spirit and a pro-active style
• Proficiency in English is a must
