Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Director with a specialized focus on Market Access, HEOR, and RWE to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, possess strong industry knowledge, and have a proven track record of driving business growth in the healthcare sector.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development Strategy:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy focused on expanding the company’s presence in Market Access, HEOR, and RWE services.
  • Identify key market trends, opportunities, and client needs to drive targeted business development initiatives.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies to generate new business opportunities.
  1. Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients seeking Market Access, HEOR, and RWE solutions.
  • Understand client objectives and challenges to tailor strategic recommendations and proposals that align with their needs.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations to foster repeat business and referrals.
  1. Collaboration and Team Leadership:
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Market Access, HEOR, and RWE experts, to develop innovative solutions that address client challenges.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to business development teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the business development team.
  1. Market Intelligence and Thought Leadership:
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape related to Market Access, HEOR, and RWE.
  • Share insights and thought leadership through participation in industry conferences, webinars, and publications to enhance the company’s reputation as a leader in healthcare consulting.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in business development within the healthcare industry, with a focus on Market Access, HEOR, and RWE.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets in a consulting or services environment.
  • Deep understanding of Market Access, HEOR, and RWE methodologies, regulations, and trends.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
