Job Title: HEOR / Market Access Business Development Director

With a global presence, they specialize in helping pharmaceutical and healthcare organizations navigate the complex landscape of market access, pricing, and reimbursement.
Position Overview: They are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Market Access Director to join their expanding team. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and implementing market access strategies for their clients, ensuring their products achieve optimal access and reimbursement.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Lead the development and execution of market access strategies for clients entering or expanding in the European market.
- Provide strategic guidance to clients on pricing, reimbursement, and market access challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate market access considerations into overall product development and commercialization plans.
Client Engagement:
- Serve as the main point of contact for European clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Understand client needs and challenges and deliver customized market access solutions.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations to educate clients on market access best practices and industry trends.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market assessments, including pricing and reimbursement landscape analysis.
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes, health economic trends, and competitor activities in the European healthcare market.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market research to guide client decision-making.
Collaboration and Team Management:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Health Economics, Pricing, and Reimbursement, to ensure cohesive and integrated client solutions.
- Mentor and manage a team of market access professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Health Economics, Business Administration, Public Health).
- Extensive experience (8+ years) in market access roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a focus on the European market.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful market access strategies.
- Strong understanding of health economic principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced consulting environment.
