About The Company
Operating as a progressive and highly respected global pharmaceutical manufacturer, our client is one of the world's leading manufacturers and suppliers of consumer products and is well known for its operational excellence, passion for innovation and its household quality branded products.
Due to increased project work, our client is now seeking a Quality Document Administrator to manage & control all documentation on major project.
About The Opportunity
Reporting to the Senior Manager, key responsibilities include:
  • Track & maintain project documentation status for the project team.
  • Prepare & updated project documentation KPI's.
  • Ensure all documents are quality checked & with revised changes are recorded in the Document Management System.
  • Follow up document authors to ensure document approvals are completed on time.
  • Complete training administration requirements to add training to new project employee profiles.
  • Create project purchase requisitions & receipts in SAP.
  • Actively participate in team meetings.
About You
  • Tertiary qualifications highly desirable..
  • Sound experience with reviewing, scanning & control of all documents within a large project environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal & organisational skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Sound MS Office Skills & document management system experience.
  • Ability to liaise at all levels.
