Manager* Scientific Engagement Compliance
Responsibilities:
- Support in the creation and management of processes related to medical affairs activities.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in the project execution, as well as considering legal and ethical guidelines.
- Handle contracts with healthcare professionals, third-party vendors, and other relevant entities, based on legal requirements.
- Responsible for the financial performance of projects, track expenses, and proactively address changes in scope, billing processes, schedules, and any settlements.
- Closely cooperate with internal departments (e.g. procurement department, legal department, travel department, etc.) and contact with external partners when needed.
- Support senior team members with the oversight of any significant challenge, deviation from procedures and metrics, or incidents that occurs on projects.
- Organize complex communications channels for a fast-paced team.
- Schedule and lead project meetings.
- Minimum of three years of proven experience in project coordination, preferred in pharmaceutical industry.
- An academic degree in medicine, pharmacy, or chemistry is essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable managing resource in high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Flexible, adaptable, and responsive when quick turnarounds are required.
- Experience using collaborative team communication and project management applications such as MS Teams to ensure efficiency.
- Exceptional ability to implement and evangelize use of project management structures (e.g., project plans, weekly status reports and meetings minutes, etc.)
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
- Ability to develop and present prioritized findings and recommendations.
- Proficiency in English. German is not mandatory, but as a plus.
