Production Supervisor* (Pufferbetrieb)
As a Production Supervisor*, you will be responsible for the disciplinary and technical management of the shift groups in commercial mRNA vaccine production with the aim of ensuring a reliable production process. In addition, you will act as a contact person for our production teams in technical matters and as a central interface to other specialist departments.

Production Supervisor* (Pufferbetrieb)
As a Production Supervisor*, you will be responsible for the disciplinary and technical management of the shift groups in commercial mRNA vaccine production with the aim of ensuring a reliable production process. In addition, you will act as a contact person for our production teams in technical matters and as a central interface to other specialist departments.
Your main responsibilities are:
- Independent definition and implementation of the targets and work packages for the area of responsibility in compliance with the applicable GMP guidelines
- Operational implementation of the production plan (coordination of the operational process, e.g. with planners, QA, engineering, SCM and logistics, prioritisation, allocation of production facilities)
- Contact person for deviation analyses, improvement projects and the implementation of process changes
- Creating a working environment to ensure the maintenance of GMP guidelines and occupational safety.
- Leading, motivating and developing assigned employees according to management principles
- Completed master craftsman training or comparable training with corresponding professional experience
- Several years of management experience in the commercial production of active pharmaceutical ingredients. Experience in working with SAP.
- High degree of conscientiousness, assertiveness and diligence (documentation, order and cleanliness at the workplace)
- Sense of responsibility and honesty (openly dealing with mistakes)
- Constructive, solution-orientated way of working, flexibility
- Expertise in active ingredient purification and the application of single-use systems is an advantage
- Fluent in written and spoken German & English
