CRM IT Business Consultant

Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics Business Consultant / CRM

Location: Baden, Baden

Workplace: 2 days a week on site

Introduction

My client is a pharmaceutical company that develops, produces and distributes medicines based on natural active ingredients. The company is a pioneer in the scientific research of natural medicine.

You will be responsible for

• Spearhead the advancement and enhancement of our Microsoft Dynamics CRM system within the B2B domain.
• Serve as a Business Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365, aiding internal business stakeholders and CRM experts in crafting sustainable technical solutions.
• Manage the consolidation and alignment of requirements, providing estimates for cost and implementation timelines.
• Oversee our IT service providers to ensure consistent quality in development processes.
• Address support cases raised by Product Owners and CRM specialists.
• Assume responsibility for the administration of Microsoft Dynamics and coordinate the migration of the CRM solution from its current "on-premise" setup.
• Drive the ongoing development of integrative components while maintaining interfaces with other applications such as SAP and Reporting Services.

You will bring the following

• Possess a background in IT through formal education or training, supplemented by several years of experience managing marketing and sales processes (e.g., as an IT system developer or IT specialist in application development).
• Demonstrated experience in harmonizing business processes and implementing innovative technologies within the Microsoft ecosystem (e.g., Visual Studio, Power Platform, Azure DevOps).
• Exhibit an autonomous and collaborative work approach, with proficiency in team coordination for projects.
• Effective communication skills in both German and English, coupled with a proactive and assertive demeanor.
