Tasks & Responsibilities

• As Global Product Portfolio and Transaction Manager you will lead the global cross-functional divestiture process for products/brands/assets of Animal Health.
• Thanks to your proven experience, you successfully will lead cross-functional divestiture teams from preparation of decision to completion of divestiture process.
• You will take over responsibility from day one to initiate divestiture decisions and drive the execution thereof.
• Also, you will manage the demanding end-to-end process for product/brand/asset divestiture from preparation of decision, handover to a potential buyer and discontinuation at BI.
• You will represent divestiture topics within and outside Global Supply AH and act as key interface to Business Development & Licensing or M&A for related activities and work packages.
• Furthermore, you will support profitability targets by complexity avoidance/reduction in the SKU/product portfolio together with your colleagues.
  

Requirements

• Masters or diploma degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Legal or Economics
• Several years of professional experience in different functions within the bio-/ pharmaceutical or FMCG company, or BD&L / M&A roles
• Solid experience in Finance/Controlling environment, particularly regarding CCM, COGS/international costs, business case/NPV calculation, profitability
• Proficient understanding and knowledge of commercial/marketing requirements, (particularly in a FMCG-type environment), licensing activities, manufacturing and supply chain management
• Excellent international/intercultural negotiations, decision taking and strategic thinking skills
• Strong team player in cross-functional environment, incl. conflict resolution skills
• Willingness to travel internationally
