The Position
Would you like to join a pharmaceutical company, where your skills, competencies and creativity can open doors for your development and professional growth? During this internship you will have the opportunity to gain experience and learn about marketing of pharmaceutical products. Here you will be working on projects such as launch readiness preparation, congresses and events planning, development and implementation of commercial campaigns through multichannel as well as being part of cross-functional workshops and working sessions with medical and market access departments.

As a student intern, you can expect a fair expense allowance (payment of the currently valid minimum wage) as well as 2.5 paid days off per full month of the internship. A full-time internship is 37.5 hours a week.

Tasks & responsibilities
  • Launch Readiness preparation: Support development of asset launch plan & tracking of key launch deliverables by actively participating in cross-functional discussions, including preparation of agendas, slides and minutes.
  • Market research and customer insights: Support on the gathering of marketing and customer insights from market research projects by actively participating in the sessions, generate summaries of findings to be shared with product managers to help on discussions on plans and actions.
  • Events and congresses: Assist in the coordination and management of national or international events and congresses by participating in kick off meetings, consolidating list of action items, follow up with the different parties involved and secure timely execution.
  • Content creation: Assist in creating compelling content for various marketing channels such as social media, internal platforms, e-mail campaigns together with marketing and omnichannel teams.
  • Market analytics: assist in the analysis of marketing data derived from digital campaigns, events and/or congresses. Generate summary and recommendations.
  • Workshops and working sessions: support on the organization and summary of marketing or cross-functional workshops and sessions including agreements and action items.
Requirements
  • Student in business administration, marketing, or communication with strong passion for these themes.
  • Strong communications skills, verbal and written, to effectively convey information and messages.
  • Creativity, innovation and adaptability, thinking outside the box and come up with fresh ideas and adapting to changing trends, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical skills, have the ability to analyze data e.g. market research, and interpret consumer insights to inform marketing projects.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, and other digital marketing tools e.g. machine learning models / methods
  • Dedicated, creative and team-oriented way of working as well as a high willingness to learn
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Fluency in spoken and written German and English
