Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is looking for a dynamic UX Researcher to join their team!
As a UX Researcher, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the organization's workplace environment and culture. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive research to gather insights into employee needs, behaviors, and satisfaction levels. Through various research methodologies, the Researcher will inform and guide the design and implementation of initiatives aimed at improving the overall employee experience. The ideal candidate has a background in design thinking principles and activities, and the ability to empathize with participants and collaborate with others.

You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive research to gather insights into employee needs, behaviors, and satisfaction levels. Through various research methodologies, the Researcher will inform and guide the design and implementation of initiatives aimed at improving the overall employee experience. The ideal candidate has a background in design thinking principles and activities, and the ability to empathize with participants and collaborate with others.
Responsibilities:
- Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research studies, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, open card sorts and usability testing, to gather insights on employee satisfaction, engagement, and experience across journeys and digital platforms.
- Analyze and synthesize research data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for enhancing the employee experience.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of employee personas and journey maps to guide and inform experience design initiatives.
- Present research findings and strategic insights to stakeholders and team members in a clear and compelling manner.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies that can impact employee experience and satisfaction.
- Advocate for employee needs and perspectives throughout the design and decision-making processes.
- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 7 years of experience
- User Research Platforms like UserTesting, Lookback, Dscout, OptimalWorkshop, DoveTail, etc.. for remote usability studies and user interviews.
- Survey tools like SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, Google Forms.
- Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook are a must.
- Strong communicator, ability to present data and findings to an audience not familiar with design thinking or product design methodology.
- Self sufficient, independent, takes the initiative, will follow up with participants and initiate recruiting exercises.
- Curiosity to explore the problems, and always ask the questions why.
