The Business Excellence team is growing and they are looking for a Research Manager to contribute significantly to the delivery of quantitative commercial studies across the European Commercial Team, in an autonomous way.

What you will do:

The Project Manager , Quantitative research will function autonomously on project management and research skills. The ideal person will have solid experience in delivering highly effective project management of large ATU/brand equity trackers including a patient chart component, with multi-stakeholders, and multiple waves running asynchronously.

To fulfil the needs of the business and the team, this position will be based in Madrid, Spain.

Desired Experience:

The Project Manager , Quantitative research should have client leadership skills going beyond day to day, seeing the bigger picture and adopting a consultancy mindset around clients’ central questions, be used to discussing clients' ambition for their tracking studies year on year, and reviewing additional questions to reflect their strategy, and regularly presenting recommendations in a clear and impactful manner.

The Project Manager , Quantitative research will demonstrate solid knowledge of quant methodologies including pricing, applying them to clients’ specific business questions. On custom projects, they will be used to taking the lead in own sub analysis section to build a story that answers the client’s central business question.

Previous experience in or willingness to manage and mentor junior analysts and interns in the delivery of tracking studies from a logistical and analytical perspective, articulating the value of the tasks in the overall project success and driving long term commitment from project teams is highly desirable.
