岗位职责:
岗位职责:
- 负责起草、审核和规范公司各类合同及法律文书，把控合同过程履行中法律风险，及时提供风险提示及优化意见（如销售合同）；
- 解答内部业务的法律咨询，并开展法律培训；
- 根据业务需要，协助为公司纠纷/案件事务提供法律支持，有效维护公司合法权益；
- 协助建立健全公司法律管理及风控管理体系工作；
- 完成领导安排的其他工作。
- 法学相关专业，本科及以上学历，有药企法务工作经验者可优先考虑；
- 熟悉《民法典》、《公司法》、《劳动法》等法律法规，并通过国家统一法律职业资格考试；
- 具有良好的职业素养，工作认真负责、主动进取。
