岗位职责:
岗位职责:
- 能够独立处理诉讼案件、代表公司提起诉讼、仲裁，维护公司权利；
- 代表公司进行商务谈判或诉讼案件和解、调解；
- 代表公司出庭应诉、提交各类法律文书、并出具案件报告书；
- 整理各类案件中存在的重大风险点、挖掘各种侵犯公司权利的诉讼案件；
- 通过诉讼、仲裁案件，及时分析总结业务过程中的法律风险及对前沿的法律问题进行调研；
- 完成领导交办的其他工作。
- 法学相关专业，本科及以上学历，有三年及以上诉讼经验者可优先考虑；
- 通过法律职业资格考试；
- 岗位偶尔需要出差。
