We are hiring an Application Manager to join a SAP AMS program for a large pharmaceutical client, focused on SAP Customer Service domain. This role is located in Lyon area and offers hybrid work ( mix of onsite in client’s office and home office)
Your Key Responsibilities Will Be
  • Advise and be a guardian for business & functional background of the SAP CS and SAP SD applications
  • Work with business leaders and key users, understand, prioritize and translate requirements into functional specifications.
  • Focus on L3 support and maintenance activities and enhancements projects for SAP solutions : play a key role on both monitoring ticketing (incident/problem) and non-ticketing activities (demand pipeline/development, ALM, CSI, evolutive maintenance, tech watch, …
  • Be responsible for system architecture principles (interfaces, databases, security, etc.), design and implement scalable and efficient applications for the domain
  • Bring best practices and market insights on the apps / business process
  • Coach the offshore team to upskill L1/L2 team and reduce ticketing activities volume,
  • Contribute to proposals and articulate the benefits for enhancements and new projects to business and client service manager.
  • Contribute to the solutioning of technical proposals with Offshore Delivery Manager and Global Delivery manager
What experience are we looking for?
  • Deep Customer Service domain knowledge : repairs processing, goods receipt, storage location and tracking, integration with SAP Sales Order processing and Finance aspects to track costs of repair, details of repair and final invoice to customer
  • Extensive knowledge of Service work orders and integration throughout repairs process
  • Proven capacity to work as part of a global “Managed services” engagement, and be the voice of Business domain for Customer Support functionalities.
  • Previous experience in managing support activities and escalations (major incident resolution, customer complaints, etc.) and interface with offshore teams.
  • “Pre-sales” and “Solutioning” background on SAP projects to build offer and proposals with value-adds for business.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good to have : Hands-on experience on SAP for customization on SAP CS ans SAP SD, Life Science regulatory knowledge
  • Native french speaker - Fluent in English
