工作摘要/目的 Job Summary / Purpose
Develop brand marketing strategies for the HCP segment, create local marketing campaigns and initiatives in line with the business plan for the hospital channel. Effectively manage the product portfolio of all OC products and ensure brand prioritization in line with the long-term portfolio strategy incl. successful launches of new innovations. The Head of OC Marketing HCP is responsible for brand strategy, marketing positioning, brand communication, competitor analysis, on- and off-line campaign development, forecasting, budgeting, launch tracking etc.

Lead the product managers and develop the team’s and individuals’ competences and skills to be a high-performing and engaged team of business professionals
Be responsible for the marketing strategies of OC brand, contribute to the annual business plan and develop and monitor the budget.
Support preparation and execution of new important launches to ensure commercial impact.
Develop and lead best in class HCP marketing campaigns and growth initiatives on our existing portfolio.
Guide the product managers and medical marketing managers to plan & implement the product promotion content campaign.
Analyse the marketing data of competitors’ and adjust the action plan if needed.
Track campaign and launch effectiveness and secure continuous improvement of activities.
Act as a strong partner for cooperation, between our departments in China, our head quarters in Denmark as well as with the third parties.

Bachelor’s degree or above, major in pharmaceutical or related
More than X years in healthcare Marketing
Leadership experience in Marketing in pharmaceutical or medical device industry
Own working experience in the new product launch is preferred
