Position Overview: Automation Engineer

As an Automation Engineer based in Baden-Wurttemberg, you will be a key member of the dynamic team, contributing to the success of the cutting-edge pharmaceutical packaging solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for pharmaceutical packaging and filling lines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automation systems with existing processes.
• Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of automation systems to ensure continuous efficiency.
• Develop and implement automation strategies in compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
• Participate in the planning and execution of projects related to automation and control systems.
• Provide technical support and training to production and maintenance teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a relevant field
• Proven experience in automation engineering, specifically in pharmaceutical packaging/filling lines.
• Proficiency in German (B2 or higher) and English (written and spoken).
• Several years experience in PLCs (ideally Siemens or Rockwell).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
