Purolite, an Ecolab company, the world leader in resin-based separation, purification and extraction technology, is seeking a Finance Business Partner at our state-of-the-art manufacturing site in Llantrisant, Wales!

Purolite is seeking a Finance Business Partner who will provide direct support to the Global Purolite Purification business in financial management and commercial finance. You will focus on analysing business performance, providing insights to key business partners, driving profitable sales, and financial decision support for commercial projects. As the OUS (Outside US) Purification Finance Business Partner you will report to the Global Purification Finance Manager and have significant exposure and growth opportunities working with a management team committed to development.

- Provide all aspects of financial analysis, reporting and support for the OUS Purification business.
- Work closely with commercial and supply chain colleagues to generate accurate monthly sales forecasts, using order level data and engage with all stakeholders to ensure delivery of monthly target.
- Support Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews with Sales leaders to aggregate and analyse revenue, opportunities/pipeline, and sales and customer insights to ensure effective Executive presentations
- Support the CRM team on enhancement of CRM tools and processes for the sales team including for quotes and pipelines – including a direct link to forecasting.
- Improve Purification business processes
- Develop financial forecasts and annual budgets with high quality and accuracy.
- Work with the Power BI team to develop reporting and management dashboards to provide key insights to sales leaders and business partners.
- While the role is predominately OUS focused often metrics and analysis are performed globally therefore involvement in US based activities will often be required.
- Ad hoc analysis as requested by manager and business partners.
- Accountancy qualification (CA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Experience in a Finance Business Partner/Analyst role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to organize and synthesize large amounts of data into meaningful analysis.
- Good business acumen and business understanding behind the financial numbers.
- Strong communication skills to communicate complex financial and performance information with a variety of audiences.
- Track record of leading and developing people and managing through ambiguity and change.
- Ability to multitask, independently managing multiple projects and day to day business demands
- A high impact individual with a strong “sense of self” who is comfortable working with strong executive management.
- A self-motivated and high energy individual that thrives in an environment characterized by growth, change and opportunity. Has the potential to grow beyond the current role.
- Maintain flexible work schedule to accommodate global business partners (US/AP conference calls)
