Business Intelligence Consultant/Expert

EIRE systems is looking for a Business Intelligence Consultant/Expert who will play a pivotal role in providing demand management, system operation management, and Business Intelligence services to Japanese-speaking business clients.

Collaborating closely with both internal stakeholders and external solution providers, the consultant supports demand management processes utilizing Agile methodologies, assists in identifying business needs, establishes scope and requirements, and guides solution providers as a Scrum Master.

Additionally, this role serves as an Operation Lead in their designated area, taking responsibility for BI systems' stable operation and executing process optimization for implemented and/or assigned solutions.

Required Skills:

• 3-6 years of extensive experience in system development/operation projects, preferably with 5-8 years of experience in Business Intelligence/Data Analytics.
• Strong knowledge of system operation, demand management, and preferably experience in data architecture, ETL, data warehouse, and database technology (Informatica, Oracle, Cognos, SQL Server, DB2, etc.) along with Cloud platforms (AWS, etc.).
• Proficient in facilitation/problem management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with methodologies for system design, development, implementation, project management lifecycle, business intelligence systems, data warehouses, and pharmaceutical business processes. Understanding of CRM and Jitsusyoka is preferred.
• Experience with Data Visualization tools such as Tableau, QlikView, Power-BI is advantageous.
• Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Business level Japanese and English is required.

Responsibilities:

Demand Management (Scrum Master):

• Coordinate and facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Manage the demand management process effectively.
• Maintain the demand management platform.

Operation Lead:

• Oversee the overall operation flow management.
• Coordinate communication within the core team (internal and external stakeholders).
• Provide support for inquiries (Level 2.5).
• Manage access and license support.

Interfaces: Extensively collaborate with business clients, local and regional external partners, other IT functions, and external business partner agencies (technical and creative). Manage external partners during project execution.
