Sr Clinical Trial Manager, Vaccines, Unblinded

CRO Management, Home Based Position

CONTEXT (client background / the program)

Our fast-growing Pharma client is seeking a strong Sr Clinical Trial Manager to join their high performing team to serve as the Unblinded Sr CTM on their program. This Sr CTM will work on a high visibility, large, & fast paced Vaccine Study. This study is outsourced and then has an internal core team comprised of internal employees. Our client is looking for a mature and levelheaded Sr Clinical Trial Manager who can work effectively within a fast-paced environment as an Unblinded part of the team.

QUALIFICATIONS

1) 6+ years of Global Pharmaceutical Clinical Trail Management: The ideal candidate will have experience managing over global clinical trials.

2) 8+ years of Clinical Research Experience: The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years within a pharmaceutical company or CRO.

3) Vendor & CRO Management: This role will focus heavily on the management of an outsourced CRO vendor and other vendors such as IRT, central and specialty labs, etc. This role will review and approve study related plans generated by CRO’s. Experience with proposal review, vendor selection, and analyzing scope of work. Change order management.

4) Unblinded Study Experience: The ideal candidate will be unblinded on a study where the rest of their team members are blinded.

5) Technology Savvy: This role will be benefitted by an individual who is a quick learner and able to utilize different software technologies.

6) Bachelor’s Degree (Scientific Field Preferred)

LOCATION & TRAVEL

Client and Team are located in Boston Area. This is a remote position with minimal to no travel

START & TERM

ASAP, Long term need. 6-month initial contract duration (with likelihood for extension long term or conversion to fte)
