- Portfolio _to be defined.
- Ensure alignment with the needs of the end user/stakeholders.
- Contact with the supplier base for the purpose of quotation and or contract request, and negotiation, and in keeping with departmental budgets.
- Provide support to other departments/cost centres where detail on budget is needed.
- Management of supplier specifcially to monitor supplier’s risk, invoice disputes any other issues with suppliers
- Provide backup to operative purchasing team as needed.
- Support project management on lean and efficiency projects
- At least 3 years of experience in a purchasing department in an industrial or pharmaceutical company,
- Ability to work autonomously, but also as an active team member.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to establish good relationships and work effectively with internal users and suppliers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in French and English
- Proficiency in common office software as Microsoft Word, Excel, experience using ERP systems.
