Ferring+You

In this position, you will be responsible for the Quality oversight and decisions related to the Quality Management of External Manufacturing Operations for Drug Products, Finish and Semi Finished products covering sterile and non-sterile manufacturing.
You will provide quality oversight for the selection and governance of contract manufacturing organizations according to Ferring policies and GMPs.
Manage all quality and compliance related aspects associated to allocated Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) in the Ferring’s External Manufacturing Network.
Drive corporate quality oversight and promote quality improvements by preventing and mitigating quality risks which can jeopardize Ferring ‘interests (License to operate, Supply continuity, reputation).
Propose new ways of working to increase efficiency and effectiveness of Quality Oversight of CMOs.
Your day at Ferring

- Develop quality governance and standards for CMO management.
- Develop and implement tangible Quality Metrics to monitor CMO performance.
- Prepare and present CMO Quality Reviews (QRB).
- Support the preparation of regular audits at CMO and ensure readiness for inspection.
- Provide support for technical investigation at CMO.
- Support Technical transfer teams and coordinate QA related activities with CMO unit.
- Review and establishment Quality Technical Agreements with CMOs.
- Support transfer of commercial products/processes from sending to receiving sites within Ferring Network and/or CMOs..
Behind our innovation…There’s you

- Master’s degree or PhD in a scientific or related discipline..
- Strong knowledge of Business Regulations (EU, FDA and others).
- At least 7 years work experience in manufacturing, quality assurance and/or quality control in the pharmaceutical industry with both local and international working experience.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal communication).
