Medical Science Liaison

One of our clients, a pharmaceutical company, is currently looking for a Medical Science Liaison to strengthen their Medical Team in Belgium.

What will be your main tasks and responsibilities as MSL?

• Staying up to date with scientific developments and clinical trends;
• Identifying, building, and maintaining professional relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring that these relationships are continually optimized;
• Ensuring scientific and medical exchanges with external and internal stakeholders;
• Translating scientific information into practice, sharing important data with healthcare providers, patient organizations and key opinion leaders;
• Monitoring the needs of each stakeholder regarding scientific questions;
• Advising/informing (potential) customers about the company, its services, products, and developments;
• Developing actions plans with the Sales department in line with the brand plan;
• Representing the company at scientific congresses and symposiums.

Who is the ideal candidate for this position?

• Scientific Master’s degree, PharmD or PhD;
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry;
• Fluent or high professional proficiency of Dutch, French and English.
