Your assignments
Dashboard Development and Maintenance:
  • Develop and maintain sophisticated dashboards using SAP SAC and SAP Power BI to meet management reporting needs
  • Ensure clarity and effectiveness in presenting dashboards and reports to senior management, conveying insights and recommendations
Technical Oversight:
  • Oversee monthly reporting processes and related activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Manage authorization settings and provide user support to ensure data security and access control
Change Management:
  • Lead change request (CR) management for reporting, collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize and implement necessary changes
  • Drive project management focusing on alignment with accounting and controlling functions
Process Improvement and Automation:
  • Continuously improve processes and take initiative in automation efforts
  • Analyze data sources and understand data models sourced via backend, focusing on end-to-end processes
Training and Mastery:
  • Train the community and the team on systems and technologies
  • Master further systems and technologies, managing the S4 transition as per D&S Management requirements
Collaboration and Communication:
  • Foster communication and collaboration between IT and business stakeholders to align with organizational objectives
  • Represent D&S in boards and lead ad hoc task forces to implement new management requirements
Compliance and Security:
  • Handle compliance, cyber security, and ITGC-related tasks as necessary
  • Perform ad hoc performance analyses of dashboard responsiveness
Backup Management:
  • Collaborate with IT for backup management
Your profile
  • Distinguished Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Engineering/Computing, or Computer Science
  • 8+ years in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Proven expertise in SAP, specifically in SAP SAC and MS Power BI, with a strong understanding of database and BW management
  • Fluent in English and German with excellent communication skills
  • Strong business acumen and experience integrating IT solutions into existing processes
  • Experience in change and requirement management with a track record of successful implementation
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Access
  • Deep understanding of controlling and accounting requirements
  • General skills in the digitalization domain, including agile work, low code tools, RPA, and AI
  • Knowledge of S4 HANA integration projects and familiarity with VBA, SQL, and general programming skills are a plus
  • Familiarity with MS SharePoint in combination with MS applications is considered advantageous
