Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Implement BC monitoring mechanism for daily operations and carry out detail monitoring plan on Gilead China promotion and sponsorship activities, e.g., sample check on payments and expenses, perform independent on-site monitoring, third party risk management, conduct data analysis to identify the outliers, unusual behavior, trend and pattern.
• Prepare periodical communication, monitoring metrics (i.e., monitoring report on both company and BU levels) and other reports (i.e., compliance metrics scorecard, event attendee analysis dashboard) for monitoring related matters.
• Develop training materials based on key monitoring results and support deliver training curriculum to employees.
• Work closely with external resources and supervise strictly on deliverables with efficiency and quality;
• Collaborate and coordinate with finance and other internal stakeholders to communicate monitoring results and develop remedial action plans and ensure timely implementation of actions.
• Provides ongoing analytical support to management including preparing various metric reports and dashboards;
• Other working items as assigned by line manager from time to time.
  

Knowledge, Experience And Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Law/accounting/finance or similar degree required. Advanced, graduate degree desirable.
• Minimum of five years’ professional experience including substantial compliance monitoring experience/internal audit in China with a preference for pharmaceutical or similar industry experience;
• Experience with “Big-4 (PWC, E&Y, DTT and KPMG)” is preferred;
• Basic understanding of Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (or similar local legislation), and local/regional industry codes governing interactions with healthcare professionals and organizations is required.
• Appreciation of and ability to articulate key risks (including compliance and financial risks facing global pharmaceutical manufacturers necessary.
• Experience executing risk assessments, detailed transaction testing, and suggesting internal control and remediation measures required. This includes critical and analytical thinking, able to develop investigative strategies and alert business risks.
• Experience or desire to learn about conducting third-party risk assessments and monitoring activities (e.g., vendors, distributors, contract sales organizations, etc.).
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team to resolve complex matters;
• Excellent judgment and influencing skills in working with different stakeholders;
• Excellent oral and written communication, analytical, organizational, and strategic thinking skills;
• Mandarin/English Speaking Required. Multi-cultural experience and languages preferred

知识，经验和技能:

• 法律/会计/财务及相关专业的本科学士学位。本科以上学位者优先；
• 最少5年以上合规或审计相关的工作经验。拥有制药行业及类似相关行业的经验者优先；
• 审计师事务所相关工作经验者优先；
• 了解反腐败法案及医药行业准则；
• 具有识别关键合规及财务风险的能力；
• 要求拥有风险评估，抽样测试，内部控制及整改相关工作经验，具有敏锐性思维以及对业务风险的高灵敏度；
• 拥有第三方风险评估管理及执行监控活动相关的工作经验（例如供应商/经销商/第三方商业公司等管理经验）；
• 具有独立解决复杂问题的能力；
• 在与各部门合作中尤其是高层管理者的沟通中拥有出色的判断力，影响力及领导力；
• 具有出色的口头/书面沟通能力，具有战略性分析能力及良好的组织能力；
• 要求中英文熟练；
