Responsibilities
What your responsibilities will be
- Assist managing month end closing for GBS/ Bio Supplies Unit
- Participate, if necessary, in all closing tasks; whether they are related to GBS legal entity or Bio Supplies Business Unit at a consolidated level
- Lead any financial change that might apply
- Collaborate with forecast and budget processes
- Ensure all budget figures are uploaded in the system on time and with the correct layout
- Manage and validate that the forecast information is properly loaded and reported in the SAP and BI reporting modules used globally throughout the company
- Manage the costing/cost controlling budgeting
- Work with other Departments, such as HR or CAPEX, to ensure all information is being upload properly on time
- Work closely with Biopharma and Plasma Controlling teams to ensure completeness
- Assist in preparing Budget presentations
- Assist in preparing month end closing and ad hoc reports
- Assist in preparing all month end closing and any ad hoc reports, as requested
- Participate in the execution of SAP costing platform for valuation of inventories
- Run the SAP calculation of materials annual standards cost for Bio Supplies companies
- Execute the monthly SAP Actual Costing process for Bio Supplies companies
- Maintenance of the necessary costing master data views in SAP
- Availability to travel as needed by the business
- Minimum of 4 international trips and ad-hoc travel as needed by the business

- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-5 years of experience in a related field, to have experience in pharmaceutical sector is a plus
- Advanced user of Excel, Business Intelligence and SAP.
- Proficiency level of English
- Ability to identify continuous improvement measures
- Attention to detail, organizational and analytical skills
- Dynamic, proactive and results oriented person
- Sense of strategy and open communication
