Responsibilities
What your responsibilities will be
- Supervise and direct the work of NETSEC SMEs and project management technicians.
- Supervise and direct the work of network and security Managed Services, in direct collaboration with Service Delivery Managers, making sure that:
- Backlogs are properly managed.
- Incidents / Problems / Changes are managed according to services agreements.
- Conduct escalation and prioritizations when needed with Service Devery Managers when needed.
- Collaborate with other departments and managers to ensure project delivery in time, budget and scope, both for internal area projects, and for projects where NETSEC area collaboration is needed.
- Manage budgets and resources for NETSEC operations, including administrative tasks related to purchase orders for maintenances, costs approvals, and hardware/software investments.

Skills And Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in service delivery management or similar position for multinational, multilingual (English-Spanish) company.
- Team management experience
- Advanced knowledge of networks and security tools in place
- Leadership and communication skills
- Experience in project management and decision making.
- English Fluent.
- Network and security devices (Cisco ACI, WAN, LAN, WLAN, SDWAN, Load Balancing and VPN).
- Routing protocols EIGRP and BGP, MPLS, QoS.
- LAN Cisco technologies, Load Balancers (Radware), WIFI (Extreme Networks, Aruba) and VPN.
- Cisco Call Manager and Contact Center (Prelude).
- Palo Alto, Check Point, Fortinet, Netskope and F5 technologies.
- ITIL processes and methodologies to deliver high quality support to meet customers' needs is a plus.
