Pour la gestion des activités LEA :
Joint-venture, créée par GlaxoSmithKline et Pfizer en 2009, ViiV Healthcare est un laboratoire international et indépendant entièrement dédié à la recherche, au développement et à la
commercialisation de médicaments dans le domaine du VIH. ViiV Healthcare accueille en 2012 un troisième associé et investisseur : Shionogi.
ViiV Healthcare réunit deux expertises complémentaires dans le domaine du VIH, celle du laboratoire Pfizer et celle de GSK et repose sur un modèle de Recherche et Développement innovant entre GSK, pionnier des antirétroviraux avec Pfizer. Plus de 1500 collaborateurs sont répartis dans 16 filiales à travers le monde. Avec un portefeuille de 12 médicaments, ViiV Healthcare est un acteur majeur dans le domaine du VIH/SIDA.

En reportant directement au Responsable LEA & Process Excellence, dans le respect du Code de la Santé Publique, des Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication (BPF Europe et Curent GMP), du Code du Travail et des règles du Groupe et du processus LAC en vigueur
Pour la gestion des activités LEA :
- Accompagner les équipes globales et internationales dans la gestion de leurs évènements et contrats avec la France (cross-border)
- Assurer l’accompagnement et le suivi des comités Dons & Partenariats sur les aspects LEA
- Assurer le suivi des dossiers cross border et Dons & Partenariat (suivi des contrats, des paiements)
- Optimiser les outils et guides d’accompagnement des équipes sur les enjeux LEA
- Référent de notre outil de gestion des évènements et contrats (VEM) -> assure l’accompagnement et les formations sur l’outil
- Optimiser et assurer le suivi des KPI de suivi des évènements et contrats
- Assurer l’accompagnement et le support du pôle LEA/Process Excellence durant les audits internes et annuels
- Assurer l’optimisation et le suivi des KPI opérationnels
- Gérer les déviations et CAPA impliquant le pôle LEA/Process Excellence
- Construire et pérenniser de nouveaux reportings et tableaux de Bord d’analyse automatisés (sources et types de data variés) , d’applications favorisant les échanges avec les départements sièges et terrain
- Assurer la veille process et mettre en place les outils/tutos d’accompagnement des équipes sièges et terrain
- Assurer la MAJ régulière du sharepoint interne e-ViiV
- Optimiser la mise en place et la communication autour des projets d’évolution process
- Concourir à l’efficacité opérationnelle de l’équipe et de l’organisation
- BAC + 5 / Diplôme de Pharmacie / Master 2
- Bon niveau d'anglais attendu
- Maîtrise du Pack Office et connaissance de l’outil Veeva (++)
- Connaissance de la réglementation française en vigueur (LEA, Transparence)
- Rigoureux et créatif, organisé, très bon contact humain, sens du client
