Scientific Communications Project Manager (English Fluent)_Pharma

Our client is creating a technological hub that will serve the entire group globally. This hub is located in San Cugat del Vallés.

We are looking for an Scientific Communications Project Manager. You will provide support on the development and successful delivery of scientific publications, as well as medical information plans, in collaboration with the agency of record, into Medical Affairs Area.

What would your duties be?

• Management and execution of tactical plans as well as operational support for publications/medical information, which includes the development and/or management of publication/medical information tactics, planning, and coordination with agencies, tracking and managing timelines and progress, following up with internal/external stakeholders/agencies, and budget monitoring.
• Development of author agreements/CDAs, managing reviews & releases, regular communications to cross-stakeholders on updates and/or alerts, etc.)

Which are the requirements for this position?

• Bachelor's degree in science related careers (pharmacy, biology, chemistry, among others).
• Master’s degree in a Scientific Field with on top education in the area of Operations Management, Process Management, Project Management, Business Administration, Information Management or equivalent, would be highly valued.
• English fluent in written, reading, speaking. Spanish/ German or other language would be a plus, but not a must
• At least three years’ experience in Medical Information/Medical Publication Management/Medical Affairs in order to interpret requirements, develop solutions, and explain to other audiences.
