About The Opportunity...
Located in Hillsdale shopping center, this reputable healthcare provider is seeking a dedicated individual for the role of Patient Care Coordinator. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care and support within a dynamic and supportive team environment.
What You'll Be Doing...
  • Manage clinic schedules/ appointments to maximise efficiency and patient satisfaction.
  • Handle queries via calls, emails and in person.
  • Ensure gold standard level care for customers.
  • Organise payments and invoicing.
  • Maintain data integrity using the organisation's CRM system, with particular attention to patient details and appointment management.
  • Oversee AR reconciliation reports, and other relevant reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Adhere to global infection control protocols to maintain a safe and hygienic clinic environment.
  • Stay informed about the latest clinic information and initiatives.
What You'll Need...
  • 2+ years' experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, and booking systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to greet patients warmly and professionally.
  • Exceptional empathy, confidence, and patience in dealing with customers.
  • Proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to travel to other sites within the organisation, if necessary.
