Clinical Project Manager (NASH Phase III Experience)

Position Overview: We are seeking talented Clinical Project Managers at various levels (CPM, Senior, Associate Director) with specific expertise in NASH Phase III studies. The ideal candidates will have experience of successfully managing clinical trials, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of clinical trials from initiation to closeout, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Develop and implement project plans, including risk management strategies and contingency plans.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, data management, regulatory affairs, and medical affairs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors, investigators, and vendors, fostering strong relationships and communication channels.
• Lead study meetings, including investigator meetings, monitoring visits, and steering committees.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company SOPs throughout the duration of the study.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field; advanced degree (e.g., Master's, PhD) preferred.
• Experience in clinical project management within the CRO industry.
• Proven experience managing Phase III clinical trials of NASH (Non-Alcoholic Steatohepatitis).
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, ICH guidelines) and GCP standards.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, CTMS).
