Your Role

In the role of a Principal/Lead Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will guide the team functionally and work closely with offshore team acting as a communication medium between the client and offshore. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required

• Experience in SAP Quality Management with strong Experience in S4 HANA preferably in a Life Science Industry.
• candidate must have 4- 5 end to end implementations and 3 - 4 rollout exp with S4 Hana.
• Experience in Configuring QM module, Quality Planning, Sample Management, Quality Inspection, Quality Notifications, Interfaces and integration with other SAP modules (MM, PP, PM, EWM)
• Should have played the role of Functional Lead in customer facing role with experience in implementation of business requirement / solution (Conducting workshops, Design, Testing, Data Migration and hyper care cutover activities).
• Facilitate the implementation of Global template and support of SAP Quality Management.
• Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
• Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
• As a Team lead able to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time
• Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.
• Application of the process frameworks like Activate, Agile at project and program level to comply with organizational/client standards.
• Support Organization level initiatives, RFP’s.
• Scoping, blueprint, configuration, Functional specifications, testing assignment client representing chemical industry and pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in Scoping, conceptual and detailed design, development.
