Kenvue is currently recruiting for-
Associate Director, Nutrition and Innovation Delivery
What You Will Do
The position holder will lead a small internal team to manage external squad and assess external technology readiness to be accountable for the delivery of nutrition and pediatric innovation.This person will be the interface of R&D with the internal and external team to provide R&D input to contribute, support and inspire viable innovation and NPD ideas that will be turned into commercial opportunities with solid business case.This team will also work cross region and cross functions to be the eyes and ears of R&D organization to understand the latest consumer and industry trends, collaborate with desired third parties to ensure AP Self Care R&D stay current with industry technology and innovation.
Key Responsibilities

• Close collaboration with Zarbee and ORSL team to ensure best and harmonized practice is adopted
• Partner with commercial, R&D cross functions and supply chain to ensure E2E nutrition innovation delivery
• Optimize WoW and process as well as technical standards that are fit for purpose
• Generate idea funnel that can fuel innovation pipeline
• Lead pediatric key initiatives from R&D perspective under 2030 healthy China strategy
• As OTC SME to conduct early stage OTC innovation technical assessment and support late stage OTC innovation development problem solving
• Management of scientists including “hands-on” leadership involving technical problem solving as applicable and career growth development for direct reports
• Due diligence reviews and evaluation of external opportunities aligned with the need state business strategy
  

Required Knowledge And Skills

• Experience with formulation and process development is required
• Nutritions, OTC or pharmaceutical experience is required.
• A good technical foundation of formulated products including solid, liquid and semi-solid etc
• Process development/process scale-up experience is required.
• Experience working with external manufacturing and technical project management is required
• Fluent written and oral English communication skills are required.
