Overview
Activity under the responsibility of the Patient Journey Director and functionally for the Marketing Director France and their sales and marketing teams in France.
Provide commercial and administrative support to the division's customer-facing teams (sales, marketing).
Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for Commercial and Marketing activities, including project management.
  • Manage creative agencies, promotional budgets and monitor campaigns
  • Support business insight/analytics and forecasting
  • Support with brand and tactical planning e.g. preparing inputs, workshops, consolidating versions, managing reviews, maintaining and tracking tactical plans, supporting budgeting, ad hoc research
  • Support basic CRM maintenance and administration (as a back up to the CRM Manager)
  • Placing purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with purchasing standards
  • Carry out administrative activities related to the requirements of the Anti-Gift Law and transparency.
  • Monitor tactical plans and contribute to budgeting and ad hoc research.
  • Monitor budget execution.
  • Provide executive assistant support to team members, including ticket booking, diary management, administrative support. All activities are carried out within the framework of pharmaceutical regulations, strategy, and the company's quality policy. Adheres to the promotional information charter and applies it according to the terms of the certification reference framework in force. Applies Kyowa Kirin's processes which consider the regulations in force (promotional information charter, advertising, anti-gift law, transparency, pharmacovigilance, RGPD, etc.).
Qualifications
  • Experience in a commercial administration role either a sales support or marketing assistant position in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Proactive attitude, strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry strongly recommended.
  • Project management skills.

Excellent local language skills and fluency in English.
