Operations Manager

Lead a team of Cosmetic Injectors and implement sales strategies and activities to drive client acquisition and sales performance across the Injectables category.

Please note, this is an 18-month fixed term contract with possibility for extension.

Laser Clinics Canada (LCC) launched in 2022, with 7 clinics across Ontario and growing. LCC is part of the Laser Clinics Group, and we specialise in Laser Hair Removal, Cosmetic Injections, Skin and Body treatments and we have an in-house skincare brand, Skinstitut

The Laser Clinics Group is a franchise-based business. Each location is owned 50% by the Franchisee and 50% by the Franchisor, which means we have a significantly vested interest in the success of each clinic. With over 215 clinics across Australia, New Zealand, UK, Singapore, and Canada, we are the largest global Aesthetics provider.

You will:

• Develop, rollout and drive short and long-term activities to achieve sales and profit targets in-clinic
• Evaluate new product ideas and coordinate introduction of products
• Work with local teams to review and set the inject budget in line annually
• Clearly establish, communicate and manage team KPIs and performance standards
• Work with LCC Management to optimise rosters, budgeting, forecasting and recruitment across the 7 clinics
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities
• Oversee, drive and report on regulatory compliance

About you:

• Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner or Medical Doctor
• Minimum 2 years’ experience across pharmaceutical / medical / aesthetics industries
• Experience with business development, sales and training for Cosmetic Injectors
• Relationship management skills to support, coach and influence internal stakeholders and suppliers
• Strong commercial acumen
• Comfortable working in a start-up environment
