Life Science People are working with a valued, long term pharmaceutical client in order to help them to grow their commercial team.
Our client, a distinguished pharmaceutical company with operations in the UK and Ireland, is at the forefront of manufacturing and distributing specialty pharmaceuticals globally. Their diverse portfolio encompasses analgesics, hospital injectables, and anti-infectives. With a robust pipeline of new product development projects and an eye for potential mergers and acquisitions, our client is poised for continuous growth and expansion.
The Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking a dynamic individual who is passionate about making a difference in the pharmaceutical landscape. The ideal candidate should be:

- Proficient in Excel for data analysis and manipulation, as well as PowerPoint for creating high-quality presentations.
- Adaptable to changing priorities and able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- A positive, self-managing team player committed to delivering excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Hospital Partnership Manager, you will:
- Actively promote Our Client's range of value-add hospital products to key decision-makers, ensuring access and optimal uptake within accounts.
- Serve as an ambassador for the hospital-promoted portfolio with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop innovative solutions for implementing and adopting key hospital growth brands.
- Deliver compelling value propositions for new product formulations/technologies to NHS stakeholders.
- Manage territory-level budgets for maximum ROI and accountability for sales and GM targets.
- Identify and engage with key stakeholders, including payers, clinical opinion leaders, and NHS decision-makers.
- Generate ideas for new product development based on customer needs and propose them to management.
Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate should have:
- At least 5 years of sales experience promoting hospital specialty products into secondary care settings.
- Strong business acumen and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Experience developing and implementing Strategic Key Account Plans.
- Established networks of high-level NHS stakeholders.
- A good understanding of the Integrated Care Board structure
- Understanding of NHS structure, strategies, and key priorities.
- Education: Pharmaceutical industry experience is essential; a university degree or graduate caliber in life sciences or business is desirable; clinical background is a plus; ABPI qualification is desirable.
Other Requirements:
- A valid UK driving license.
- A valid passport for potential European travel.
