Project: We are hiring an ambitious and forward-thinking Project Controls Engineer join our established and growing team in Frankfurt, Germany. You will be working as the project controller on a business-critical capital investment project within the Pharma sector.
We offer a competitive salary and hybrid working options. Our offices are based in Frankfurt.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
  • Directing and managing application of specific project controls methods, techniques and tools with a good working knowledge of a variety of techniques on a range of project and programme complexity.
  • Directing and managing a team of professionals delivering projects controls services and responsible for staff development.
  • Being able to evaluate trends and communicate analysis and corrective measures effectively in a complex project environment using numerical and statistical techniques as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Leading application of specific Project Controls methods, techniques and tools.
  • Good working knowledge of EVM and project controls methodologies.
  • Advising on complex requirements and communicate analysis and corrective measures effectively.
  • Managing projects controls delivery of medium/high complexity projects/programmes.
  • Playing a key role in multidisciplinary teams and take lead role in creating plans or analysing trends using numerical and statistical techniques.
  • Leading and managing a team of professionals delivering Projects Controls services and responsible for staff development.
  • Managing Assistant Managers & Managers where required by the scale of the project.
  • Persuading and influencing colleagues.
  • Influencing clients to accept proposals and recommendations.
  • Satisfying customer requirements.
  • Tackling problems that do not have an obvious solution.
  • Delegating tasks to others.
  • Selling the business and winning work.
  • Creating and delivering persuasive presentations to large audiences.
  • Spotting and developing talented individuals.
About You
You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated construction teams. You will ideally have experience of working in the pharmaceutical sector or a related process engineering industry. It is desired that you have multilingual skills. You will be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace have to offer.
