Localisation : Aimargues (30 min from Montpellier)
Type of contract : Permanent (CDI)
The Global Regulatory Approvals Portfolio Manager will contribute to Royal Canin ambition to be a Health Through Nutrition Company, by project managing the execution of a portfolio of Regulatory Approvals Projects on time in full. The job holder will follow up closely the progress of dedicated Regulatory Associates In EU, US and other relevant markets, track progress of data generation by R&D, track budgets expenses, lead the Steering Committee including reporting and appropriate escalations to Senior Management.
What are we looking for?
M.S. or equivalent in a technical area, such as food / feed science, veterinary medicine, food safety, chemistry, toxicology, nutrition, or other biological science.
  • 3 years of portfolio management experience in a corporate environment
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), or Portfolio Management (PfMP) certification through PMI strongly preferred
  • 4+ years of experience in Regulatory Affairs
  • Excellent understanding and working knowledge of nutrition and, ideally, pharmaceutical and/or pet food law and regulatory frameworks.
  •  Excellent communication skills, fluent in English is mandatory.
What will be your key responsibilities?
  • Follow-up the execution of Regulatory approval processes by Regulatory and R&D
  • Manage progress & ensure all the outcomes of the portfolio support the strategic goals and business objectives of the organization
  • Be the go-to-person to get accurate and relevant progress and budget update
  • Interface with other functions including R&D, Commercial, Marketing, Legal, and Regulatory Affairs functions as it pertains to Regulatory Approvals
  • Provide Regions with project management support as needed
  • Facilitate the Prioritization process as well as the budget design cycles for new Dossiers
